After waiting for a year, Mojand and Telltale has now launched their adventure games, called Minecraft: Story Mode on the apple store
This game is telling you about interacting with characters and making choices to move the story along.
In the beginning of your journey, you will be introduced with five part episodic series
In this story, you will go on your adventure across the Overworld, through the Nether, to the End, and beyond.
You and your friends will discover the legendary Order of the Stone: Warrior, Redstone Engineer, Griefer, and Architect; slayers of the Ender Dragon.
Each move that you act will affect your relations with the characters
In other words, what you will choose to say to other characters will make a major impact on how they regard you.
In line with this, anything you say in an early episode will yield consequences several episodes down the line in the game
Anyway, the Golden Rule in the game will treat people how you want to be treated, and they will generally reciprocate.
When anything get intense, you must always be ready for some quick-time events
You may sometimes see each character to sit and talk, in which if you see action keys up, it means the quick-time events or QTE will be incoming.
Playing in QTEs will get you to swipe the screen at the right time
Your swiping or action will determine your action, and they have fatal consequences if you cannot do it at the right time.
When dealing with a monster, you have to react quickly enough
At this point, you may wait until enemies are in yellow before striking them
On the other side, when you deal with mobs, just wait until a nearby enemy is yellow before you hit them.
If you cannot do it at the right time, you will swing at the air and potentially waste time while other baddies sneak up on you.
Later on, you have to explore all interesting points of an area before triggering the obvious story in the game
When exploring an area, you may notice that some points of interest are highlighted with squares.
At this moment, you have to visit as many of these as possible before moving onto the object or person triggering the next bit of the story.
In the mean time, you may get something useful, or you will get an access to experience an extra bit of interesting character dialogue with other characters in the game.
